I wanted to thank your staff for the excellent service they provided me with on a recent visit to Australia and your stores.
On the day I arrived I understand you had several staff away sick, still nothing was a problem. I felt a bit guilty leaving your staff to put away the many many bras I had tried on!
Things are back to normal now (well apart from being in a level 4 lockdown here in NZ) and I’m loving my new bras, prosthesis’s and singlet tops.
I am hoping to purchase a few more items (I love the singlet tops) but until our postal service resumes delivery of essential items I will have to hold off ordering I’m guessing? My idea and the governments idea of what is essential might differ!
Again thank you for your fabulous service from both your stores. Please pass on my thanks to your team and I look forward to dealing with you again soon.

Good morning, just wanted to tell you that I had a lovely time at my first ever breast fitting. I had a mastectomy 6 weeks ago and was really fed up with the soft post surgery forms.
I had looked on your website and seen all your fabulous stock and the store didn’t disappoint. I was able to find beautiful bras, swimming togs and something to loung in.
Jeannie was wonderful in accomodating my husband and my sister and made the whole process very simple.

I can't thank Tracey, Mel and Kris enough. I was getting quite distraught about my breast prostheses. I needed two as I have had bilateral mastectomies. Tracey kindly talked to me at length on the phone on 3 separate occasions as I was experiencing problems getting the correct breast form and bras to fit my small frame which did not aggravate my scars and scar tissue, under and around my arm. (I am worried about lymphodema as I have had all my lymph glands removed on the right side.) Her advice was invaluable. Similarly Kris and Mel were extremely helpful when I was enquiring, ordering and paying.
I live in Emu Plains NSW and Tracey G is in Maroochydore Qld but Tracey very kindly arranged to send them to me and they arrived in two days! My parcel included the breast form, 8 gorgeous, cut price bras and a return Parcel Post envelope. I would have loved to keep them all but had to send some back due to my awkward size. I was amazed that they didn't charge for postage either way.
Tracey and her team were so lovely, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. Their caring and exemplary service was outstanding.
As I said to them, it was such a relief to get the correct breast forms and right size bras. After being flat for many months I now feel feminine again.

This is my ABSOLUTE pleasure...
To potential customers of Tracey G's...
I was recommended to Tracey Grills through a breast care consultant on the Sunshine Coast. My mother who suffers from Alzheimer's was also battling an aggressive breast cancer, of which she was unaware. Together we consulted with Tracey before the scheduled mastectomy to work out a post-operative plan and Tracey supplied us with some bras that would be a comfortable option. We returned to Tracey's Maroochydore showroom for a post-op fitting and again Tracey provided the most professional service, delivered with much empathy and some welcome humour. My mother experienced nothing but kindness and patience from Tracey during both appointments. Since then Tracey has visited Mum in her local nursing home and has gone above and beyond good service by organising for the 'stays/supports' on the side of the bra to be removed to accommodate the scarring from the lymph node excision. I can't thank Tracey and her staff enough for their generosity of care in this very distressing situation for both Mum and I. I wish Tracey G and her team all the best and I know that they will be helping everyone who comes through the doors with the same level of professionalism and attention that was given to my mother and me.

Hi Tracey,
I visited your store at Maroochydore yesterday & just wanted to say thank you for what you do. I first met you in 2014 when you came to my house. I am so happy for all of us that you now have a shop!!
I experienced great service even though i had lost my voice & it was hard for me to communicate. I left very happy with my purchases and now feel more confident in my clothes as I have a much better shape.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone I know. Please also say a big thank you to your sales assistant, Mel for all of her great advice.
