Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

After we receive your order the item will be despatched within 5-7 working days by the most appropriate available delivery method. 

 

In the event of an item not being in stock, you will be contacted via E-Mail or telephone to confirm your willingness to proceed with your purchase. On some occasions, our trained staff might contact you to discuss the order, in terms of correct fitment or application. Our aim is to make you comfortable in your own clothes after mastectomy. This may delay the dispatch of your goods. 

 

We use Australia Post as our primary mode of parcel delivery. In a rare situation where Australia Post does not deliver to your area, we will seek a suitable alternative. All parcels are trackable through Australia Post. Tracey G Prosthetics and Lingerie highly recommend you consider postal insurance when using Australia Post, especially for breast forms which can be valued at over $400.

If a parcel is misplaced in transit, we will assist where we can to the best of our ability to assist in recovery, but ultimately the responsibility is with you ("the purchaser") to  work with either carrier in the recovery of your parcel.

General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions, by any customer, purchasing products from Tracey G Prosthetics and Lingerie. 

By making any purchase from us, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this website. Any purchases made from this website are subject to Australian Consumer law which we stringently abide by.

 

Acceptance Of Your Order

Any order we receive from you is a request for us to supply you with products that we advertise in our range. Some stock may be on hand, some may need to be sourced from our suppliers.

Any order confirmation you receive serves as a notice of a product order you have placed, and a confirmation that your order has been received by us. 

We accept payment by most major credit/debit cards, or Paypal. Payment will always be debited to your nominated account before we dispatch any purchases. All credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. 

We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

Products and Pricing

We sell most products at manufacturer RRP, some of them under RRP. We do however reserve the right to update product pricing and range at any time without notice. Pricing updates are not applied to already received orders, unless the price is reduced by us or the manufacturer, in which case we will pass that reduction on to you. Tracey G Prosthetics and Lingerie reserves the right to cancel any order and refund you any money paid if a product has been priced incorrectly on our website.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not totally, 100% happy with your purchase for any reason simply return it within 30 days and it will be exchanged, or a refund issued. 

 

This offer excludes briefs, headwear and swimsuits without an intact hygiene strip.

*Please note for post surgical garments, due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing after the packaging has been opened. We ask that you double check your measurements to ensure the size of the garment is correct before opening the packaging seal. Our post-operative and compression garments are worn against the skin and over surgical sites so to ensure high standards of hygiene we do not accept returns once opened.

 

This returns policy also excludes breast forms of any type, where the breast form has been fitted on our premises, or in your home by our trained staff, and Medicare rebate paperwork has been submitted. If we do not submit a Medicare rebate claim on your behalf, normal refund conditions apply. 

 

Faulty workmanship is comprehensively covered by Australian Guarantee Legislation. If you have a faulty product, please call us on 0466 828 144, or E-Mail sales@traceyg.com. Please follow the attached link for more information regarding returns and exchanges.

 

Return postage for all returns excluding warranty issues, will be paid for by the purchaser.
