Virtual Fittings -How it works

1. Book your date & time
Once you have made your booking, we will send you a unique and secure Zoom meeting link. Check our website for things you like and feel free to let us know some can have those to show you.

2. Join the meeting link that was emailed to you ..check junk !
At your appointment, one of our expert Fitters will join the meeting link and greet you. The virtual fitting will take place just like it would if you were here in one of our stores, our staff will be in a private location for your privacy.
Our specialists are highly trained, if you are able to measure your chest wall where the bra band would sit that would be helpful to start. No need to panic if you do not know your measurements however for surgical garments it will be critical to have all your measurements. If not come with a tape measure and we can do it together!

3. We will ask you some questions to see how one of your everyday bras currently fits so that we can assess your size and if you have a breast form hae that at your fitting also.

4. Once we establish the best size and style for your lifestyle, we will share our screen with you and work with you and suggest the styles and sizes that will suit you best. Talking through the various options with you as we would if you were in our store.

Upon your selection, we can arrange for your new lingerie to be sent directly to you, and we offer complimentary shipping on orders over $100 within Australia.

5. We will forward you the medicare form and have you return to us and we will submit your claim for you.
