Hi there I purchased x2 breast/prosthesis at the beginning of December

I checked in couple weeks ago re- the Medicare refund, to see if the request for refund had been sent to Medicare

I phoned Medicare & they tell me that they do not have a request for the refund available to me

The have asked that I contact you to resend the request for refund

My last purchase I went into medicare shop - refund over the counter

Online - 5 weeks seems like a long time

can I please ask you confirm request has been sent & if there is a reference number that would identify the claim

All I had was my medicare number
